Custom Post Lights for Arrington Woods (13 Units)

1. SCOPE & PRICING

- Quantity: 13 post lights (11 with custom house numbers, 2 without)

- Total price: USD 13,000

- Includes: fabrication, finishes, steel house numbers, LED light fixtures, photocells, and delivery to the project site

2. DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS (per prototype)

- Overall height: 48" (122 cm)

- Structure width: approx. 4.75" (12 cm)

- Structure: 2" steel tube core (16 gauge) with 16-gauge hot-rolled steel cladding

- Base: 3/16" hot-rolled steel base plate with anchor bolt holes

- Lamp head: 6.3" tall (16 cm), 4.75" bottom diameter (12 cm), 3.15" top diameter (8 cm)

- Lamp angle: 20° toward the road, so the posts work as guide lights

- Finish: textured black powder coat on the lamp head and upper section; warm brown corten-look paint on the lower section

- House numbers: cut from steel and set on the side of the post

4. LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL

- 10 W LED, 800 lumens

- 3000K warm white, CRI 80

- 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz (compatible with 120 V)

- IP67 rated, aluminum housing

- 5-year manufacturer warranty

Photocell: dusk-to-dawn sensor so the lights turn on and off automatically. It sits inside the lower part of the post, with the sensor exposed through a discreet 0.6" opening on the back.

 Wiring: the posts are designed for a 120 V supply from each house.

5. IMPORTANT – SHIPPING & INSTALLATION

- The LED fixtures and photocells are shipped separately, not pre-installed in the posts.

- The LED fixture fits easily into the lamp head, and the photocell fits easily into its prepared spot inside the post. No modifications are needed.

- All electrical connections (house supply, photocell, and fixture) must be made on site by your electrician.

- Not included: trenching, wiring, conduit, electrical connections, anchoring/installation of the posts, and permits.

6. TIMELINE

- Production: approx. 5 weeks from order confirmation

- Shipping: approx. 5–7 days

7. PAYMENT TERMS

50% deposit — gets fabrication started.

25% upon completion — after you send detailed photos/video showing all of your finished light posts.

25% after delivery and inspection —  within 2–3 business days of receipt.
